Pikkol helps customers ship an item or shift their house very conveniently.
Without Pikkol, if anyone decides to move, he/she will normally search on various platforms to find a packer and mover. On getting the contact details from such platforms they call multiple packers and movers to evaluate them and understand the price range. The vendors then visit the customer’s house to inspect the items to give the exact quote. In this process, the customer can never be sure of the credibility of a packer and mover. Initial interactions are with sales executives and in many cases smart packers and movers hire sophisticated sales executives to mislead the customer thus making evaluation quite difficult. The reviews and ratings on currently available platforms are usually populated by packers and movers themselves thereby making those ratings quite useless.
Pikkol intends to change the way in which customers relocate. Customers can complete their booking in 3 simple steps
1) Enter their move details: They can provide details about their date of shifting, type of house and item inventory. With our App they can just click photos and create the list making a house inspection unnecessary. Customer has an option of selecting between 3 distinct service levels.
2) Review Quotes: An enquiry is sent to all approved packers and movers who are capable of providing the service level selected by the customer. The customer will receive quotes from multiple vendors.
3) Book & Move: The customer can choose a packer and mover based on the reviews and ratings from various customers. On Pikkol, only verified customers who have availed service are allowed to rate. In other platforms, currently there are several spurious reviews existing making it very difficult to identify the right packer and mover.
Pikkol has evaluated and brought on board trusted packers and movers whom we count on to give our customers exceptional experience. Pikkol evaluates the level of service that can be provided by a packer & mover before allowing them to submit quotes to customers. We determine the level of service they are capable of providing and allow them to quote only for the service level they are approved for. Pikkol also does periodic evaluation that includes interaction with crew, on-site inspection of packing expertise, office addresses, and their organizational setup. Thus only a select list of packers and movers are available on Pikkol.
Pikkol also allows you to ship a single item such as a table or refrigerator that requires a small truck. For this, you can use the “Ship few items” tab and you can select upto five items to ship.
